    A weekly, 8 week support group (60 minutes) designed to create better connections and improved coping skills. Open to youth ages 14 to 18. Consistent attendance is encouraged to better manage stressors related to gender issues. In-person, with options for hybrid or telehealth.

  • Navigating Loss & Embracing Serenity Through Healing

    A weekly, 9-week support group (60 minutes). Open to adults age 18+. Consistent attendance is encouraged to better manage stressors. Hybrid attendance can be accommodated. Whether it’s a close friend, spouse, partner, parent, child, or other relative, few things are as painful as losing someone you love. Our grief support group offers a different quality of support and connection that comes from being with people who have also recently experienced a loss in hopes to provide emotional support, validation, and education about grief.

  • Mental Health Wellness

    Weekly open group. Currently held on Thursdays at 10:30am for one hour. The goal and purpose of the group is to actively discuss how to maintain, achieve, or enhance quality of life through pursuit of mental health wellness. Participants will offer varied coping skills that are utilized during their daily pursuit of MH wellness, including positive affirmation, daily routines that include healthy choices (dietary & exercise), medication compliance, actively volunteering programs, emotional awareness, mental reframing of negative thoughts, acceptance of current circumstances and solution focused strategies, social support systems, journaling and reflection, as well as healthy relationships and socialization.
