Lexa proudly manages our administrative team and serves as the head of our Human Resource & Finance department. She joined our team in 2020 amidst the COVID pandemic to work in an essential industry that services the community. She pursued an undergraduate degree in Management and now holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. Lexa came to us with management experience in both an HR setting and customer experience setting. Her passion for creating an ethical and safe environment for our staff to grow and develop translates to our clients both in office and in the community.
